The Human Resources Business Partner will support the human resources department initiatives and is responsible for the daily oversight of a wide spectrum of HR needs. The HRBP will provide oversight, support, guidance, and resolution in employee relations matters, leadership coaching, employee compensation and benefits, performance management issues, policy matters, administration, and coordination of staffing. Will actively partner with the sales and operations management to drive retention and engagement.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Partner closely with operations leadership through regular team meetings, 1:1 meetings, etc. to maintain a detailed understanding of business objectives and ensure alignment of HR goals/objectivesProvide counsel to leadership on applicable human resources policies, federal and state laws, recommend strategies on employee relations and performance management issuesLead goal setting/performance review process annually to include coaching and feedback to leadersConduct annual talent reviews with leadership to identify high potential performers and assist with development plans as neededProvide supervisor coaching to identify low performers and assist with performance improvement plans or exit strategiesPartner with training and development team to create and deliver leadership programs for all supervisors and aboveHelp drive HR communication plan annually, including recommending/developing proactive solutions to increase engagement and retentionSupport the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion objectives through regular review of data points and participation in DEI council initiativesManage the investigation and response process in coordination with legal counsel to respond to agency complaints/auditsInvestigate and respond to employee issues, make disciplinary action recommendations, collaborating with HRBP team as appropriateSupport benefits department on the coordination of the benefits annual open enrollment process and corresponding annual activitiesOversee the FMLA, ADA, and STD processes and act as liaison between 3rd party vendor/leadership to monitor usage and coordinate return to workWork closely with HR Operations Manager to identify trends and metrics used to drive performance, measure success, develop solutionsProvide leadership with KYT reporting and learning sessions to assist with performance discussions and improve engagement/retentionProvide support for new employee onboarding sessions, coordinating with other internal departments to ensure a world class new hire experienceComplete special projects as needed throughout the yearParticipate in educational opportunities to stay informed of trends and changes in the climate (national and local SHRM membership, certifications, training)Model company values through a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation and the desire to provide value-added services in support of business objectivesPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other business-related discipline7+ years previous human resource leadership experienceStrong employee relations backgroundWorking knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing HR best practicesDemonstrated ability to work productively and independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detailStrong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and creative thinking skillsSome travel may be required (<10%)Preferred Skills/Abilities:
PHR/SPHR CertificationPrevious experience in a call center/sales environmentPhysical Requirements:
