Human Resources Business Partner

Description We are in search of a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Old Hickory, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships and productivity. You will also handle a variety of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits analysis, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy
• Improve work relationships, morale, and retention among management and employees
• Oversee the talent acquisition process, including the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of applicants with relevant experience
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and propose competitive pay programs
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees, handling questions, complaints, and conflicts
• Support Workers' Compensation procedures, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
• Update job descriptions and conduct job classification
• Administer Unemployment Compensation processes and represent the company in related matters
• Partner with the Training Department to create and implement learning and development programs
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Stay informed about trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Participate in various corporate and local HR/employee-related committees and lead local committee-based events and initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Human Resources Business Partner
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Expertise in using ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian software
• Familiarity with HCM (Human Capital Management) systems
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and standards in HR
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Proficiency in various Hiring Processes
