What You'll Do:

🔹 Partner with site leaders to implement HR strategies that drive business success.
🔹 Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, development programs, and performance coaching.
🔹 Support recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
🔹 Ensure HR policies and procedures align with company goals and compliance regulations.
🔹 Analyze workforce trends and implement solutions to improve engagement and retention.
🔹 Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
🔹 Foster an inclusive and safe workplace where employees can thrive.

🔹 Independently drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace experience.

What You Bring:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, or related field (or equivalent HR certifications/training).
✔ 3+ years of progressive HR experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
✔ Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with employees at all levels.
✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive results.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
