The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$95,300.00 - $142,900.00Purpose Statement: The HRBP acts as the strategic liaison between HR and senior leadership teams within a specific function, business unit or region to develop and implement predominately medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy. This role specifically supports our global Legal/Compliance, Quality, and Finance Teams.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Enable leaders to support the talent and organizational performance needs, including talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, and employee engagement.Ensure effective communication and change management strategies for organizational talent programs, human resource policies, and compliance activities.Optimizing organizational effectiveness through the application of HR processes such as organizational design and strategic planning.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to People Leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.Identify training and leadership education needs for business units and provide individual executive coaching.Education/Experience Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.Other Qualifications:
