The HR Business Partner (HRBP)is responsible forensuring alignment between the Tracy manufacturing site business operations and the HR practices andobjectiveswith a keen understanding of the company's strategy. The HRBP willdemonstratean understanding of the businessobjectivesand translate thoseobjectivesinto HR priorities and be accountable for leading projects, contributingtoand improving HR processes and programs and ensuring integration across functions withinFreshRealm. The HRBP aligns talent strategy, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitmenteffortsand planning strategic HR initiatives to enable their site to achieve KPI’s and drive continuous improvement. The HRBP provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers to supportFreshRealm’svision, mission, and overallobjectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Under the direction of the Sr. Director HR, the Site HRBPprovidesa broad range of expert services: recruitment and succession planning; employee development and training; labor-management relations; employment law and policy interpretation, and employee rewards/recognition; and regulatory compliance guidance and HR reporting.
+ Aid in execution of theFreshRealm’sPeople Strategy processes that attract, develop, recognize, andretainemployees to support the organization's short- and long-term strategic business needs.
+ SupportFreshRealm’sinitiatives such as our ACTIONS values recognition program and Continuous Improvementmethodologywhile executing workforce planning processes for the organization such as talent development, organizational planning, and organizational change management.
+ Ensure the culture & working environment is open, empowering, fair, andequitable.
+ Manage special projects in workforce management, strategic planning, quarterly/monthly people data reports and other ad-hoc works in progress.
+ Responsible for salaried and hourly staffing through onboarding and retention of the right talent with alignment to the sites' staffing strategy.
+ Collaborate with talent management teams in recruitment, new hire processing, posts announcements, job descriptions, diversity recruitment strategies, interviewingcandidatesand other related tasks.
+ Drive site performance, talent, and organizational planning to help support the achievement of company goals throughobjectiveand development plan setting, performance calibration, and talent development.
+ Provide support to People Managers through the tools available inassistingindividual and team performance improvement.
+ Mentor site Leadership on people management and development issues.
+ Serve as liaison between employees and site leadership, as needed.
+ Build andmaintainrelations with employees at the manufacturing site, to promote and foster an environment of open communication and transparent, candid feedback.
+ Conduct investigations, provide coaching, and document findings, whenrequired.
+ Support a holistic safety focus by driving people related to safety goals and business initiatives.
+ Perform planned/impromptu investigations and audits to ensure and/or maintain EEO/AA/OFCC or Federal/State employment law compliance in practice as it related to hiring, training, transfers, or promotions of people assets.
+ Partner with site leaders to support office needs (i.e.ordering supplies, mail and shipping, vendor management for site repairs and other related needs).
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Skills and Requirements**
+ Perform a variety of duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the Human Resources Department.
+ Provide technical human resources management services.
+ Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
+ Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy,timelydelivery of projects and highly organized.
+ Willingness to take initiative and drive results.
+ Can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Available for occasional overtime or weekend work.
**Experience / Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldrequiredand 6 plus years’ human resource experience; aMaster’s degree in Human Resource Managementand five years’ experience in the HR field; or ten years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
+ Working knowledge of human resources functions and procedures.
+ Thorough understanding of Federal/State employment laws (e.g., EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, Unemployment Insurance Administration, and Worker's Compensation).
+ Experience in Classification & Compensation, Benefits Administration, and Recruitment.
+ Project Management experience (I.e., such as conducting a wage survey or helping with revising handbook policies).
+ Experience with project management and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
+ Experience with managing complex employee relations issues.
+ Experience synthesizing data and providing effective solutions for employee retention and other HR interventions.
+ Bi-lingual/fluent Spanish speaker preferred.

**Physical** **Requirements** **/Work Environment**
**Working Conditions:** Work is primarily conducted in an office; some work may be conducted remotely via technology. This position may require night and/or weekend work.
**Work Environment** :Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee isfrequentlyexposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee must be able to adapt to working in an environment that is chilled and where surfaces may be slippery.
**Physical Requirements** **:** Sitting, standing, walking, bending. Sight isrequiredforobservingwork and production. May spend several hours using a computer to create reports, analyze data and respond to inquiries and issues.
