Job DescriptionActing as a single point of contact on HR processes including talent management, performance management, associate development, people experience, recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibilityResponsible for providing HR guidance to all associates within their defined scopeCollaborate with leaders to understand the organization's strategic goals and objectives, and support to develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the business strategyImplement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development initiativesConsulting leaders and associates regarding career development including rotations, international assignments and performance managementImplementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with businessProvide insights and recommendations on HR best practicesInitiating, developing and implementing HR processes Consulting managers in application of HR processes and engagement activitiesEnsuring the execution and delivery of HR activities in an effective and efficient mannerDrives HR agenda in close partnership with Business Unit

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, industrial engineering or business administration with a major in HR  Excellent command of both speaking and writing in Turkish and EnglishStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels and manage conflictsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive strategic decision-makingProject management skills and the ability to handle multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into HR initiatives
