**Your day-to-day**
Join us as our new **Human Resources Business Partner** !
For Crowne Plaza Geneva, you will be in charge of the entire HR management for the departments of the hotel and you will assist our HR Director.
Your main duties will be:
- Supporting managers in understanding HR policy and the vision in relation to the business (reorganizations, actions with the group, etc.),
- Handling day-to-day operational matters (recruitment, administration, salary closures, certificates, etc.),
- Support employees and managers with any questions they may have,
- Participating in the preparation and monthly analysis of budgets, forecasts and other tools,
- Monitoring KPIs and analyzing performance.
**What we need from you**
With a Bachelor/Diploma or Federal Certificate in Human Resources and/or Social Law, you have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of personal administration and Swiss Labor Laws is required (LTr, OLT, CO, CCNT).
Fluent French and English is mandatory.
You are an adaptable, well-organized, analytical, business and human-oriented and strong-communicator person. You are acknowledged for your strong relational and written communication skills as well as for your rigor.
