As a Human Resources Business Partner at Associa, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's success by providing strategic HR guidance and executing fundamental HR responsibilities. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who can collaborate with all levels of the organization to drive a positive employee experience.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nEmployee Relations:
\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.\nConduct investigations, as needed, and provide resolution recommendations to maintain a positive workplace culture.\n\n\nTalent Acquisition:
\n\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process.\nConduct interviews, participate in candidate evaluations, and contribute to the onboarding process.\n\n\nPerformance Management:
\n\nSupport managers in performance review processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.\nImplement performance improvement plans when necessary.\n\n\nHR Compliance:
\n\nStay current on federal and state employment laws, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance.\nAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.\n\nTraining and Development:
\n\nIdentify training needs within the organization and work with leadership to develop and implement relevant training programs.\nSupport career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.\n\n Requirements\nAt least five years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and organization design.\nStrong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.\nAbility to interface effectively with all levels of employees and managers. Strong persuasion and conflict resolution skills required.\nKnowledge of Human Resource and administrative policies and procedures.\nKnowledge of FMLA/leave administration, performance management, unemployment and workers’ compensation claims, and employee relations.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nCandidate sourcing and relationship building skills.\n\n
