Job description

The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Human Resources Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the plant leadership. This role will partner with leadership and the HR Manager in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, engagement, supervisory coaching, change management, and other ad hoc HR projects. The role has oversight for all site Human Resources administrative processes and payroll. They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with all laws/statutes regulating the employment relationship.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for delivering high-quality HR service and supporting a broad range of HR responsibilitiesThis role partners with all levels of employees, primarily supervisors and individual contributors, to help enhance the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activitiesExecute change readiness activities to prepare for future challengesReprioritize actions for immediate implementation of ad-hoc topics or assignmentsExecute existing and new HR solutions and capabilitiesHelp achieve financial goals by executing lifecycle people solutionsPartner on hiring and development and advancement of team members; this includes working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelinesSupport change management efforts, nurture our culture and create unique team member experiencesTake a proactive approach to Employee Relations, and make recommendations by providing guidance, interpreting policy and issue resolution Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field requiredBilingual – Fluent in both Spanish and English required3+ years Human resource experience onsite in a manufacturing/production settingStrong Employee relations experience: creating and delivering people practices which develop - and maintain - positive working relationships between an organization and its peopleExperience in performing and managing HR Investigations and ReportingHR experience in managing and implementing programs and processes related to employee training, labor relations, affirmative action, employment equity, benefits management, onboarding, etcStrong technical acumen including MS Excel and PowerPointStrong Interpersonal skillsVery detailed and accurateExcellent time management and prioritization skills – with the ability to pivot gracefully as business needs and priorities changeAbility to relate to individuals within all levels of the organizationA strong emotional intelligenceAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employeesSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred Additional information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $90,000 + Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
