Strategy

Contribute to the delivery of HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectivesPartner with functional leaders and leadership teams to ensure the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic growth and performance goalsEnable continuous improvement and changeProvide high level coaching and counsel to leaders

Talent

Influence and support the client function’s Talent AgendaAlong with leaders and learning partners, help architect solutions for future talent needsDrive a strategic learning culture encouraging of cross-functional opportunitiesFacilitate/enable talent strategyGuide the acquisition, staffing, development and retention of TJX Associates

Engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent5+ years of comparable HRBP experience, additional specialized CoE such as Recruiting, Organizational Development, Talent Management experience a plusUnderstanding of Employment Law and Employee RelationsExperience supporting a dynamic, large scale cross-functional environmentExperience working in a high growth organizationHR Certification a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite

This position has a starting salary range of $66,500-83,100 per year.
