SPS Technologies is looking for a motivated and organized HR Co-op student for Spring 2025. This role is ideal for students who are eager to gain real-world experience in human resources within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As an HR Co-op, you will work closely with the HR team to support various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives.
This position provides a unique opportunity to develop key HR skills, gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to projects that directly impact the employee experience at SPS Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and ensuring a smooth transition.Participate in employee relations initiatives, including maintaining HR records and supporting internal communications.Assist with various HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and policy updates.Help maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations by supporting audits and updating personnel files.Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.Qualifications:
