Job Title: Human Resources Consultant - DE&I

Job Description

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant will play a pivotal role in enhancing inclusion and belonging within our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build upon, revise, and measure effective DEI initiatives across all levels of the company. This is both a hands-on and strategic role designed for an experienced DEI professional with a proven track record of successfully driving large-scale DEI initiatives for complex, global organizations.

ResponsibilitiesRefine the development and execution of comprehensive DEI strategies tailored to the organization's unique challenges and opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, associate resource groups (ARGs), and managers.Partner with the Data & Insights team to better assess DEI progress, identify gaps, and provide suggestions for improvement.Collaborate with the T&D Team to develop training, workshops, and resources that enhance cultural competence and foster inclusive behaviors.Advocate for an inclusive environment where all employees feel a sense of belonging, focusing on underrepresented groups.Assist the HRBP team in analyzing and advising on company policies, hiring practices, and other processes to ensure alignment with DEI objectives.Stay abreast of emerging DEI trends, best practices, and legal considerations, and benchmark company progress against industry standards.Facilitate DEI-related transformations, manage stakeholder expectations, and help overcome resistance to change.Essential Skills8-10 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging work within a large organization.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Management.Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale DEI initiatives.Strong communication and influencing skills.Experience in change management.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnquestionable integrity, ethics, and character.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.Ability to navigate the informal and organizational network to influence people decisions globally.Strategic mindset with attention to detail.Ability to drive change and manage multiple projects and programs.Ability to create strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and associates globally.Work Environment

This position is a part-time, temporary role, with 28-32 regular hours per week and a 4-month minimum commitment. It is a hybrid role located in Lakewood, Colorado, with the expectation of in-person office attendance at least two days per week, including an 'anchor day' on Tuesdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
