Job description
The Human Resources Coordinator assists with all aspects of the Human Resources function at the community level to include, record keeping, recruiting, coordination of associate events, payroll, benefits, worker's compensation claims, administering policies and procedures, etc.
What will I do every day?
Comply with and act as ambassador for all Kisco human resources policies and procedures.Assist with community recruiting efforts.Assist with scheduling and administering pre-employment screenings and post-hire procedures to ensure compliance. Helping with Payroll, benefits administration, etc.Maintain associate personnel files and ensure they are in order and updated.Perform other related duties as required.What will I need to be successful in this role?
High school graduate required, college degree preferredOne to three years of human resources experience.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.Experience working in Senior Living is a plus+.What’s in it for me? (Great Question!)
