Human Resources Coordinator
A reputable organization is looking to hire an HR Coordinator! Job Description: • File and organize personnel documents • Support new hire orientation o Collect documents for I9 o Assign employee ID numbers o Copy handouts for policies, call off procedure, etc. o Distribute locks for lockers o Create badges for new employees • Proctor pre-employment testing • Schedule new hire round tables • Coordinate/communicate announcements and events • Taking notes during meetings • Create monthly displays for plant initiatives • Coordinate and assist in the production interview process • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: + 1 year of HR experience + Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel. + SAP experience a plus + HR experience or experience in a similar role is required About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
