Major Responsibilities \n
\n\nPerform human resources and payroll processing related functions and assist in the operations of HR functions and duties by carrying out the responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation and implementation, recruitment and employment, labor relations and employment law compliance.\nMaintains personnel files in compliance with company standards and applicable state and federal guidelines.\nProvides information and consultation regarding employment issues and HR policies.\nAssists department heads with recruitment, hiring, and providing orientation\/training for staff to carry out facility programs and services.\nDesigns and implements care center recruitment and retention programs.\n\n\nProcess employee payroll and benefits on a regularly scheduled basis in a timely matter. \nRespond to employee and department inquiries concerning their payroll file.\nWork with Center Staffer to assist to reconcile labor data and numbers.\n\n\nProvide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. \n\n
Minimum Qualifications\n\nMust possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma. College Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, or Health Care Management is preferred.\nAt least two (2) years of experiences as HR\/Payroll Administration.\nAt least one (1) year of experience with recruitment and retention preferred\nKnowledge of administrative practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to employment, wage and hour, and labor relations, etc.\nWorking knowledge of payroll processing. Lawson, ADP, and PeopleNet system experience preferred.\n\n
