Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe're seeking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator who is customer focused with a high standard of excellence. This is a full-time, hourly position, working with a strong, cohesive team in an environment like no other.
In this role, you'll wear many hats to supporting many functions of the department. This includes, but not limited to; answering phones, greeting visitors & assisting employee inquiries, providing assistance with benefit programs, working with new hires through processing & onboarding, general office management, providing consultative end-user support & guidance in systems such as Workday and UKG, scheduling meeting space, coordinating employee engagement events & employee development programs, creating promotional flyers & communication materials, generating repots, and proving great customer service.
To be successful in this role, requires strong multi-tasking skills, ability to switch gears quickly, meet deadlines, have strong computer skills, and be a solid team player!

Coordinate and monitor benefits plans for health, tuition reimbursement, and retirement programs. Develop and/or implement community-specific employee communication to enhance the understanding and appreciation of benefits programsParticipate in recruitment activities (i.e., career fairs, college fairs, open houses, etc.)Provide consultative end-user transaction processing guidance in systems such as Workday and UKGCoordinate and/or facilitate staff development programs & employee engagement eventsGenerate weekly and monthly reportsSchedule meeting spaceWhat you will need
Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or equivalent education Experience with an HRIS program, Workday preferredPHR certification desirablePlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
