Human Resources Coordinator
Job Title: Human Resources CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated National Attendance Program (NAP) Coordinator/HR Office Administrator to ensure that the National Attendance Program (NAP), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness are administered in accordance with company policies, applicable regulations, and local contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will conduct corrective action discussions, properly document outcomes, and maintain all required documentation related to FMLA administration. Responsibilities + Conduct corrective action discussions for chargeable absences, failure to follow notification process, and tardiness. + Properly document corrective action hearing outcomes. + Follow-up with line management to successfully close out open NAP and tardiness issues. + Audit NAP and tardiness TWOs coding and correct TWOS codes as required. + Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for line management on NAP interpretation. + Maintain all required documentation related to FMLA administration. + Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for employees requesting FMLA and confirmation send outs. + Serve as the SPOC for UNICARE. + Run attendance reports including, but not limited to, AWOL report, ART report, and Late report. + Clean up employees’ attendance and disciplines records. + Identify opportunities to streamline the current process. + Be available to work morning, night, and weekend shifts depending on the assigned crew/shift. + Assist in the 5-day quit process. + Conduct attendance hearings. + Perform administrative tasks such as filing and reception duties. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong attention to detail, particularly with sensitive information like attendance and time records. + Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee attendance or HR-related concerns. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with attendance systems and HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Kronos) is highly preferred. + Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably with direct experience in attendance management, payroll, or HR information systems. Work Environment The selected candidate will be required to work morning, night, and weekend shifts depending on the assigned crew/shift. The role involves using technologies such as Microsoft Excel, ADP, Workday, SAP, and Kronos. The work environment includes performing administrative tasks like filing and reception duties.
