Human Resources Coordinator
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in the Investment Advisory industry based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will be performed in a hybrid schedule. In this position, you will primarily provide support for our Early Careers team, typically for high volume and entry-level positions. Responsibilities: • Actively participate in attracting talent through resume mining and sourcing. • Provide support to Recruiters in assisting hiring leaders, and engage with internal and external candidates. • Take part in various Talent Acquisition team projects. • Provide a positive candidate experience and meet quality, time, and satisfaction objectives while adhering to compliance expectations. • Use your strong decision-making skills to screen and select candidates with experience in for Hiring Leaders to interview. • Take on the responsibility of representing the organization at career fairs and college campus recruiting events. • Handle high volume positions and entry-level postings, as well as other roles as assigned. • Use your strong PC skills such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet to facilitate your work. • Maintain a client-focused approach in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, a cohesive team attitude, and a willingness to receive coaching. Requirements • Proficiency in Compliance and adhering to regulations pertaining to Human Resources • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Demonstrable experience in Quality assurance within HR processes • Extensive knowledge in Human Resources Administration • Familiarity with the 'About Time' time management system • Comfortable with using the Internet for various HR-related tasks • Experience with Hiring Processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and exit interviews • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written • Proven ability in Prioritization and managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing and recruitment of candidates • Strong Sourcing skills to identify potential candidates for various roles • Proficient Computer Skills, including the use of HR software and online platforms • Demonstrated Decision-Making skills in a fast-paced environment • Excellent Written Communication skills for creating and editing HR documents and correspondences • Ability to work in a Cohesive manner with different teams and departments • Experience with Campus Recruiting and attracting fresh talent • Familiarity with Workday Recruiting platform for efficient recruitment processes.
