Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication. + Coordinate and facilitate interviews by liaising with candidates and hiring managers. + Oversee candidate progression through the hiring pipeline, ensuring timely offer letters, background checks, and onboarding. + Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring all required paperwork (e.g., Form I-9s) is completed accurately. + Ensure compliance with employment regulations, maintaining up-to-date personnel files and verifying required certifications. + Track employee status by maintaining an accurate team member database and notifying management when employees are out of compliance + Support employee offboarding, following proper termination procedures while ensuring compliance and documentation requirements are met. + Foster a positive working environment, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners. + Monitor and resolve compliance concerns, proactively addressing outstanding issues. + Perform regular audits to ensure all compliance pieces are being met. + Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support business needs.
