Human Resources Coordinator
Description A leading electrical company in Rancho Bernardo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their fast-paced team. This role is integral in supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate employee records and filing necessary documentation. + Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations. + Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and federal/state employment laws. + Support employee engagement initiatives, such as events, recognition programs, and training coordination. + Process HR forms and assist with payroll inquiries as required. + Maintain and update HRIS systems for personnel records, reporting, and audits. + Answer employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, and onboarding. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday). + Strong understanding of HR functions and employment law. + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. + Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
