**Job Description**

**Primary Purpose:**
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Coordinator is to support the responsibilities of the HR office and assist associates with matters as needed and in accordance with the established policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
**Work Performed:**
The Human Resources Coordinator will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Help to facilitate an orderly and efficient HR office environment that provides timely, courteous, and professional support to associates, guests, andcandidates;
+ Support the HR leader anddesignatedHiring Manager with the recruitment process bythe established guidelines;
+ Assisting withpayroll processingactivities;
+ Maintain thorough employment recordsand compliance requirementsper the establishedprotocols;
+ Maintainsand deliversreports fromHRIS systems asneeded;
+ Coordinateemployee recognition programsandactivities;
+ Facilitate integration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures and their dissemination through presentations, meetings, and other deliverymethods;
+ NotifyHuman Resources Directorand/or General Managerpromptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters ofsignificance;
+ Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents,injuries,and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications;and
+ Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
**Qualifications:**
**Required** **Prior Experience:**
Prior Human Resources or Administrative/office experience
Prior customer service experience
**Preferred Prior Experience:**
Prior hospitality experience
Prior recruiting experience
**Preferred Education:**
Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of experience and education
**Required** **Technology:**
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
**Preferred Technology:**
Workday;
**Physical:**
8+ hours at a desk/computer
Ability to traverse the property
Lifts up to 35 lbs occasionally
**Other:**
Preferred Bilingual (language primarily spoken at work location)
