\nThe Human Resources Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nCoordinates projects and activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management\nMaintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity\nRoute incoming mail, faxes, and packages\nAnswer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests\nWrites correspondence on behalf of the department\nMakes copies, send/distributes outgoing mail\nUses email system to deliver and accept emails\nGreet internal and external customers when entering the department\nAssist with a variety of requests\nMaintains detailed filing system for department\nMaintain office supplies for department\nReport all unsafe conditions immediately\nAttend all mandatory meetings\nFollow and know emergency procedures as needed\nKeep work area clean and organized\nMaintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guests\n\nWhat are we looking for?

\nEXPERIENCE
\nA minimum of one-year prior administrative support services with customer service responsibilities. Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
