Human Resources Customer Service Rep
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Contact Center Support Analyst in Roseville, CA. The selected candidate will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers across the organization, addressing inquiries related to human resources. The role involves tasks like maintaining personnel data, managing HR systems, and overseeing benefits and talent management systems. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving escalated inquiries efficiently • Capture pertinent details for documentation during inquiry resolution • Utilize knowledge base and designated resources to accurately resolve inquiries and solve problems • Update and maintain the knowledge base system regularly • Research unresolved issues quickly and efficiently • Participate in test cycles such as open enrollment, software updates, knowledge base reviews and refreshes • Prioritize daily tasks to complete assignments and projects on time • Work under general supervision while making decisions regarding own work, often in ambiguous situations • Identify processes and procedures for improvement opportunities and participate in implementing continuous improvement • Assist with training new Associate Analysts • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively • Proficient in Documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is correctly completed and filed • Experience in Training staff, with the ability to create and deliver effective training programs • Strong understanding of Operations within a HR Contact Center environment • Excellent Planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Familiarity with Procedures and Practices within a HR setting • Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including managing HR systems and databases • Supervising experience, with the ability to manage and direct a team • Knowledge of Medical Coverage and Benefit Functions, including open enrollment and vaccines • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal • Ability to maintain Confidentiality, especially when dealing with sensitive personal information • Skill in Research Analysis, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Ability to troubleshoot Technical Issues, particularly related to HR systems • Understanding of HR Principles and the ability to apply them in a practical setting • Experience in Capture and Exhibition, such as capturing key information and demonstrating processes • Drive for Continuous Improvement, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes • Knowledge of Talent Management strategies and techniques • Familiarity with Knowledge Base systems, with the ability to update and maintain information • Experience working in a Contact Center environment, ideally within a HR setting • Proficiency in using HR Systems, with the ability to quickly learn new systems if necessary.
