Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in manufacturing or agriculture industries is a plus.SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable.Benefits
