Human Resources Director
Job Description

As the Human Resources Director at , you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR function for the facility. You will drive strategies that support employee engagement, compliance, and overall organizational success. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Manage employee training and development programs to promote growth and career advancement.Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.


Work Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in manufacturing or agriculture industries is a plus.SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable.
