We'll trust you to:
Create strategies to attract top talent to increase and diversify our candidate pipelineDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for recruiting entry level engineering candidatesBe strategic and project manage various recruiting initiativesEstablish a strong relationship with hiring managers, business stakeholders and candidatesOrganize and travel to on-campus events across the country (heavy travel September-November, January-March)Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customersLead diversity initiatives by identifying underrepresented talent pipelines, building relationships with student groups on campus and hosting events
You'll need to have:
A Bachelor's degree4+ years of technical campus recruiting experienceExperience managing various campus recruiting initiatives and creating customized strategies to hire top technical talentExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other avenuesExperience with technical recruiting in a high volume environmentWell maintained business relationships of all levelsHighly developed organization, presentation and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with building strategy and relationships to attract & impress underrepresented tech talent Salary Range = 51 - 70 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
