Job Description and Duties
Recruitment and recruitment (advertising, screening and search of resumes, interviews, necessary coordination for specialized interviews with other units, socialization of new hires)
training (educational needs assessment, holding training courses, coordinating the implementation of training courses and monitoring Good implementation of it (h)
Completing personnel matters (creating a personnel file, controlling the operation and movement of personnel, social security insurance) >Conducting administrative correspondence
Presenting the relevant weekly, monthly and annual reports
Eligibility requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience in the administrative and human resources unit.
Familiar with the recruitment process and training
mastery of operation and traffic control system
mastery of attendance software
mastery of general computer skills (ICDL) and (Ms Office)
familiarity with labor and social security laws
Familiarity with supplementary insurance
at least bachelor's degree
Complete mastery of PW KARA/PW NET attendance software.
