Schedule: Monday through Thursday 830a-530p
**_Human Resources Generalist, Employee Services_** **Overview:**
Support the Talent Engagement Team by managing the applicant tracking system (NEOED). Duties include processing preboarding for new hires, handling student employment hiring, and overall onboarding tasks in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
**What’s a typical day as a** **_Human Resources Generalist, Employee Services_** **?** You’ll be:
+ Resolve employee relations issues.
+ Track and follow-up on employee complaints and concerns.
+ Maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
+ Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives.
+ Communicate HR updates and policy changes.
+ Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
+ Facilitate onboarding tasks and benefits enrollment.
+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
+ Address employee inquiries about benefits and HR matters.
+ Guide employees on leave administration and wellness programs.
+ Administer employee benefits programs.
+ Process leaves of absence.
+ Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
+ Administer compensation programs.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to use and learn personnel-related software.
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Colleague by Ellucian.
+ High confidentiality and ability to work cooperatively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent education.
+ Minimum of two years professional HR experience, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR planning, HRIS, and related fields.
+ Knowledge of Human Resources function.
