Manage the applicant tracking system, including pre boarding new hires, handling student employment hiring, and other onboarding tasks. Work in a multi-cultural and diverse environment. **What’s a typical day as a** **_Human Resources Generalist, Talent Engagement_** **?** You’ll be: + Support HRCs with preboarding and onboarding in NEOED. + Liaison with SFRS for student worker hiring. + Close out recruitments in NEOED. + Provide customer service for NEOED access and hiring inquiries. + Manage HR mailbox responses. + Handle employment verification requests. + Assist in event planning and standard operating procedure updates. + Review background checks as needed **.** + Perform additional duties as assigned. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Use and learn personnel-related software programs. + Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably NEOED. + Excellent customer service and organizational skills. + Ability to multi-task and prioritize. + Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent education. + Minimum of two years in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR planning and policy, HRIS, and employee data systems. + Knowledge of Human Resources function. **What happens next?** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
