What You'll Do as a Human Resources Generalist:

Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both paper and digital formats.Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant regulations.Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.Organize HR events, training sessions, and seminars.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldHave proven experience in an HR role or administrative positionHave strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsBe proficient with HR software and Microsoft OfficeBe able to handle confidential informationBe adaptable and be a team player with strong initiative
