Candidates should have either a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or comparable work experience. You will be expected to work directly with all levels of employees and management with a concentration on employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and organizational development. Additionally, you will work in an atmosphere that allows you to incorporate your personal and professional style and encourages sharing successful practices to accomplish our common mission.Day in the Life:Experience with performing day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties (including maintenance of I-9 documentation, benefits administration, maintenance of employee records and employee performance process within the HRISAble to serve as a resource to managers and employees in the organizationAble to perform general administrative functions, including responding to employee inquiries and providing information for personnel actions, preparing correspondence, forms, reports, tracking deadlines and providing support to the HR Manager and Leadership teamPossesses excellent organization skills; is a multi-tasker; is professional and courteous, and dedicated to providing excellent support and extraordinary customer serviceProficiency with Microsoft Office programs specifically, Word, Excel and Power PointAction and detail-orientedDemonstrates excellent written and oral skillsDemonstrates ability to exercise good judgment, extreme discretion and maintain confidentiality of informationWorks well in a team environment as well as independentlyFlexibility in work hours may be required during specific tasksEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experienceBasic knowledge of the law Nice to Have:Experience with Paycom (HRIS)SHRM or HRCI CertificationMicrosoft Certification
