What will I do every day?
Assist in complying with human resources related company policies, as well as all applicable federal, state and local employment laws Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associatesDevelop and administer associate training programs to create a climate of associate engagementManage associate appreciation programsSupport and coach associates and managers regarding all Kisco human resources practicesWork with department directors on goal setting, annual performance reviews, salary, and terminationsInvestigate and resolve associate grievances and complaintsActively facilitate and support the company’s associate wellness program and effortsMonitor unemployment claims and attend hearings and appeals as neededActively handle workers’ compensation claimsCoordinate all leaves of absenceOversee payroll data, distribute paychecks, and conduct self-audits as appropriateResponsible for maintaining accurate personnel files in HRIS systemsPerform other related duties as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
A passion for excellenceBe a great team playerBe a progressive and creative thinkerBachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred3 to 5 years of experience required in Human ResourcesHigh competency in HRIS systemsSpecial Requirements and or Certifications:
