To learn more about Conti Federal, please visit http://www.contifederal.com/ General Position Description The HR Generalist provides full-cycle HR support, focusing on strategic and hands-on roles to enhance our people initiatives and HR processes. This hands-on position is a great opportunity to become a part of a growing company. The role is based in our Orlando, FL Headquarters. Responsibilities + Constantly and proactively works to achieve the company's vision and goals through implementation of its HR policies and procedures. + Promotes and encourages a safety-conscious attitude. + Assists with the recruitment process, including tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters. + Supports the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including training of new hires and completing/filing applicable paperwork. + Assists with performance reviews, employee transfers, and employee relocations. + Assists with benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and reporting. + Enters and tracks employee information in the enterprise resource planning tool (COINS) with a strong focus on detail and accuracy. + Participates in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives. + Maintains accurate HR records and documentation utilizing HRIS and various Learning Management Systems. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Must be a U.S. Citizen + 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience with a construction firm. + Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university. + PHR certification (or currently pursuing) desired. + Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills. + Detail-oriented and cost conscious. + Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with HRIS systems + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Teams.
