implementation screening and resolution of employee relations issues based on tier of riskseverity leading standard work development to improve quality and process effectiveness providing data updates reporting and analysis for drivers and strategic objectives daily metrics and huddle preparation and managing ongoing logistics personnel file management and office equipmentsupply management Responsibilities include but are not limited toAdvises assists and coaches leaders in the application and interpretation of employee relations policies legal compliance performance management discipline process workforce planning transfers and terminations Provides counseling to colleagues regarding their development and job related concernsProvides project management support and participation for HR projects and initiativesGenerates reports monitors and interprets data to identify trends and provides recommendations and implements actions to improve HR metrics on retention development and engagementProvides support on a variety of HR administrative tasks such as I verifications colleague queries program administration licensure and certification compliance unemployment claims HR file management etc as neededIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and colleague experience Learn and apply LEAN methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR Generalist ExperienceKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirements middot Knowledge and understanding of Federal State and Local legislation regarding HR and labor lawsmiddot Must be able to prioritize plan and complete work activities in an efficient timely mannermiddot Must be self directed and motivated Works with minimal supervision and exercises common sense and strong independent judgment to problem solve Has the ability to identify core issues and resolve them via effectively utilizing available resourcesmiddot Consistently works with integrity to develop strong trusting relationships and handle confidential information with discretionmiddot Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work has immaculate follow up and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a
