Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong back ground in human resources, with specific expertise in using ADP Workforce Now.
This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
+ Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
+ Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
+ Support the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
+ Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
+ Generate HR reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
+ Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
+ Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Experience with employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, payroll, administrative support, HR administration, recruitment, HR systems, FMLA, human resource management, employee benefits, HR support, benefits administration, HR management, and talent management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
