Human Resources Generalist

Support Human Resources Business Partner with all functions of human resources activities, including new hire onboarding and orientations, employee engagement, recordkeeping, and other business functions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage new hire onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring new hires complete necessary documentation.Condict and schedule new hire orientationCoordinate with HRBP, recruitment, and staffing agencies to ensure job postings are up to date, schedule interviews, maintain and track interview dataCollaborate with HRBP to drive engagement initiatives, create innovative solutions to problems, and provide a safe and inclusive work environmentEnsure human resources data and employee files are maintained ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist with implementation of human resources basics and support improvements and initiatives that move toward the company’s HR visionHelp plan and execute employee events and recognition programsPartner with site leaders and the Talent HR center of excellence (CoE) to ensure talent acquisition needs are metAssist with managing site pay and team member changes and ensure company standards are followed with regards to the total rewards programAssist leadership with investigating and resolving team member issuesCommunicate and support implementation of all corporate human resources activities to assigned sitesRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

High School diploma or GEDBachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred1 year progressive Human Resources or related field experienceProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
