Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Human Resources Generalist  to join the firm as part of our shared services human resources team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management and employee relationsReport and analyze data to produce useful HR metricsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Ensure compliance with labor regulations.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.Provide support to HR Business Partners daily with general HR related items Qualifications

 

5+ years of Human Resources experienceBachelor’s degree requiredExceptional customer service skills requiredAttention to detail, paired with flexibility and a can-do spiritAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple clientsExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in the use of HRIS (UKG preferred), Outlook and MS Office SuiteKnowledge of FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA and other federal, state and local regulationsProfessional certification preferred (i.e., SHRM or HRCI)
