Human Resources Generalist
Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistJob Description The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting the HR Director with HR operations across multi-state facilities. This position will also be recruiting for various skill sets within the company. Responsibilities + Responsible for HR functions including onboarding, training, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment + Ensure compliance with federal and state-specific employment laws and regulations + Coordinate with facility managers to address location-specific HR needs and challenges + Maintain consistent HR policies and procedures across all locations + Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs + Proactively build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs + Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, while bringing new recruitment strategies to the leadership team Essential Skills + 4+ years HR Generalist experience within manufacturing or construction industry + Recruiting experience + Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field + 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations + Awareness of federal and state employment laws + Ability to travel occasionally to various locations as needed + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred + Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred Work Environment The work environment is located at Market St in a big building with comfortable offices. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility in exact times. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
