Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting the HR Director with HR operations across multi-state facilities. This position will also be recruiting for various skill sets within the company.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for HR functions including onboarding, training, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and recruitmentEnsure compliance with federal and state-specific employment laws and regulationsCoordinate with facility managers to address location-specific HR needs and challengesMaintain consistent HR policies and procedures across all locationsOversee benefits administration and compensation programsProactively build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsUtilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, while bringing new recruitment strategies to the leadership teamEssential Skills4+ years HR Generalist experience within manufacturing or construction industryRecruiting experienceDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operationsAwareness of federal and state employment lawsAbility to travel occasionally to various locations as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferredBilingual in both English and Spanish is preferredWork Environment

The work environment is located at Market St in a big building with comfortable offices. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility in exact times.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
