Human Resources Generalist
Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Job Description Responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing human resource practices and functions related to staffing, employee benefits, employee relations, employee performance, and marketing. Provides support to management and employees as needed. Responsibilities + Follow all company policies and procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS), federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA and HIPAA. + Create, implement, and oversee human resources policies and procedures, and interpret, administer, and communicate national and state laws, standards, or regulations. + Perform benefits administration including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. + Handle recruiting, sourcing, and acquisition of talent to fill vacant or newly created positions, including screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring new employees. + Investigate and address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. + Coordinate new hire communication, enrollment for benefits, and assist with annual Open Enrollment implementation, including conducting benefit orientations and open enrollment meetings. + Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. + Confer with management to develop, implement, and maintain personnel policies, procedures, and employee handbook. + Analyze metrics related to human resources functions to develop and implement new or improved processes, procedures, or programs. Essential Skills + Human resources experience + HR administration + Employee relations + Employee benefits + Onboarding + Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office + HRIS experience preferred Additional Skills & Qualifications + HR experience or two years of experience in a related field + Degree in HR or related field + Manufacturing experience is a nice to have Work Environment Onsite Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
