Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. + Administer and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws. + Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. + Manage employee benefits programs, advising staff on enrollment and troubleshooting issues. + Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. + Partner with management to address performance issues and implement career development plans. Requirements + 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role. + Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO. + Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
