Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to their dynamic Human Resources team.
Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Recruitment & Staffing:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
* Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and provide recommendations for talent acquisition strategies
Employee Relations:
* Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns
* Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues, including conflict resolution and employee grievances
* Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and communication
Performance Management:
* Assist with the implementation of performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion of performance reviews
* Support managers in addressing performance issues and provide coaching when necessary
* Help facilitate employee development programs and career pathing
Training & Development:
* Coordinate and support training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth
* Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the company culture
