Human Resources Generalist

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations, conducting investigations, managing performance improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with ADA and FMLA regulations.

Responsabilities:

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace incidents.

Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Assist employees with accommodation requests and leave management.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
