Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Description

Responsible for the preparation and administration of all employee leaves of absence, serving as the ‘subject matter expert’ on all company leaves of absence. Responsible for the coordination of all international hires, liaising with the international PEO to process employment contracts and coordinate benefits for all non-US hires. Process reports for internal and external data requests, generate custom reports and data analysis as requested, and report on HR metrics. Serve as a team ‘first responder’ for all HR inquiries, liaise with the Recruiting team, and serve as the point of contact for team initiatives. Serve as a backup for new employees' onboarding and offboarding, and for employee benefit administration. Participate in the compliant maintenance of personnel files and update employee databases. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all hiring managers, supervisors, department leaders, and HR team members to create partnerships that yield success and cohesion. Stay informed of best practices and market trends in human resources and federal/state labor laws. Prepare and amend HR documents as necessary and participate in HR projects, events, and activities.

Hybrid work environment with required onsite presence on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in West LA. The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $92000.00/yr.
