Human Resources Generalist (fixed-term)

PX Generalist will support the regional teams, in the provision of high quality first line HR remote support for all employees and managers for countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, France. This is initially a temporary role (for approximately 16 months). This role provides also the opportunity to help shape the People Services team in EMEA. 

What You Will Do: 

Manage and coordinate onboarding and off boarding of all employees, working closely with the Talent Attraction function. Ensure employee data changes are followed through on the relevant systems and spreadsheets and that key contacts (payroll, finance, stock administration, healthcare, group insurance policies etc.) are informed of changes.Support on payroll input; leave of absence and variable allowances.Coordinate the renewals of all benefits and insurance policies. Take ownership of all HR inbox queries irrespective of business area and work collaboratively to deliver HR service excellence.Monitor individuals who require visas (whether sponsored or not) and work with third party partners to ensure full compliance in this area.Update and maintain HR information systems, such as Workday and also external statutory portals.Collaborate with the EMEA PX team (and external specialists) to execute PX initiatives and priorities within the client organization. Manage fair employment practices as required by legislation. Pay rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in the tactical execution of all processes.


What skills & experience you should bring:

Experience in HR administration.Ability to work independently, but also work collaboratively across teams.Understanding of current local labor laws and ability to interface effectively with external legal counsel.Very good English language skills.Knowledge of an additional language will be an asset (IT, ES, PT, FR).Experience working in an international HR Shared Services Center or HR Service Delivery Center would be beneficial.Knowledge of Workday system will be considered a plus.
