You Will

Serve as the local recruiter, partnering with managers to attract, interview and hire top talentRepresent Plastipak as an employer of choice within the community to local schools and vocational programs, fostering positive relationships and candidate pools.Serve as the site resource for Associate benefits programs, which includes facilitating Open Enrollment, promoting wellness plans and providing general guidance.Administer HR functions, such as time & attendance, new hire onboarding, job changes, LOA, etc.Facilitate New Hire Orientation and other trainingsSupports training & safety program administration, including enrollment, tracking & logistics planning.Perform and maintain all administrative functions in compliance with federal, state and company guidelinesContribute to the planning of Associate engagement events and other activities

You Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldA minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience with exposure to recruiting, onboarding and HR administrationA relationship-oriented and caring interpersonal styleTechnical savvy, with a solid understanding of HR platforms. Workday and Kronos experience is preferred.Ability to thrive in a lively environment where Associates come first
