Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join a financial services company based in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. This role will be instrumental in their Shared Services - People function, providing support across all regions globally. The HR Assistant will work across various disciplines within the People team, including People Services, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Systems, and Reward. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support to projects and routine activities within the People team. • Handle intricate requests and offer advice to employees and managers globally on all people-related policies, processes, activities, and changes. • Ensure that governance and controls are effectively operating across our people processes. • Utilize your strong business awareness and understanding to communicate successfully across all levels of the business and build working relationships. • Coach and support less experienced team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge. • Guide and assist employees and managers in using HR systems and processes. • Serve as an HR-Administrator, demonstrating strong literacy and numerical skills. • Deliver excellent customer service skills, both in written and verbal communication. • Work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated to use your own initiative, make decisions, and investigate complex matters to resolve employee queries. • Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Customer Service.
