Description We are in search of a meticulous Human Resources (HR) Assistant to become a part of our team located in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks related to employee training, onboarding, and compliance. You will also be responsible for maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring smooth communication across the teams. Responsibilities • Utilize LMS to manage and schedule employee training sessions • Execute onboarding activities for new hires, including software setup • Conduct I-9 verifications and handle associated paperwork • Organize virtual meetings via Teams for training purposes • Coordinate 'Lunch and Learn' sessions for continuous employee development • Oversee compliance training initiatives to ensure adherence to regulations • Add and remove contacts in the Absorb system as necessary • Conduct audits and background checks as part of the recruitment process • Deliver superior customer service by handling employee inquiries and issues • Manage benefit functions and ensure employees are well-informed of their options. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential. • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is needed. • Ability to work with HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is necessary. • Practical experience with About Time software is preferred. • Proven skills in Auditing are desirable. • Experience in conducting Background Checks is important. • Proficiency in handling Benefit Functions is required. • Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
