You can share examples of how you have collaborated and excelled in an HR matrix environment at the senior leadership level, managing multiple key stakeholders and delivering on their expectations.
You will demonstrate extensive experience in designing and implementing integrated Talent Management Strategies.
Possess a diverse and inclusive mindset with the ability and experience to balance and drive HR and site goals, locally and globally.
Have previously used a data-driven, evidence-based approach to drive decisions demonstrating the value of the HR function.
You will be recognised as an HR expert with a broad network that can be leveraged for benchmarking and gaining critical industry insights that can add value to the business.
