As an HR Support Specialist/ Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of managing key HR functions such as hiring, staffing, reporting, compliance, and the seamless onboarding of new employees. You will ensure our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and impactful.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Excellence:
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.Provide exceptional onboarding experiences with effective communication, systems introductions, and HR orientation.Continuously improve the onboarding process to meet company needs and enhance the new hire experience.HRIS & Data Management:
Maintain and audit HRIS systems to ensure employee data is up-to-date and accurate.Track and compile key HR metrics and provide insightful reports and recommendations.Respond promptly to inquiries from applicants, employees, and external organizations, ensuring top-tier customer service.Employee Orientation & Communications:
Conduct new hire orientations, covering benefits, policies, and essential information.Follow up with new hires to address questions and ensure a smooth transition.Lead and improve the HR orientation program in collaboration with colleagues, continuously enhancing its effectiveness.Employee Engagement & Culture:
Develop and distribute employee communications, contributing to a positive workplace culture.Participate in planning and executing employee activities to foster engagement and connection.Monitor cultural trends through exit interviews and recommend actions to address any issues.Process Improvement:
Continuously review and refine HR processes to reduce errors, minimize manual work, and improve efficiency.Look for opportunities to enhance the quality of HR outputs and reduce time spent on routine tasks.Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain compliance with HR-related reporting requirements (EEOC, DOL, ERISA, UI, OSHA, etc.).Manage unemployment insurance claims and ensure accurate and timely responses.Professional Growth:
Work closely with your manager to improve your skills and contribute to both personal and company success.Support workforce development through policy administration, training, and coaching, ensuring continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications/RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you'll need the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.2+ Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in a related field, demonstrating the ability to excel in this role.Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities, with the confidence to effectively convey ideas and information.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and comfortable navigating various technologies inluding MS Office (Wor, Excel, and outlook)Detail-Oriented: Highly attentive to details, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Strong Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent at building and maintaining relationships across diverse teams.Flexible schedule to support this 24/7 manufacturing plant

Compensation: Placement within the salary range is calculated based on years of directly relatable experience for the position. The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel, or cell phone reimbursement.
